Month-of Coordination
Month-of services begin weeks prior to your wedding day! This package is designed for the couple who wants to handle all the planning but would like the assistance of a professional to tie up the loose ends and make sure the day goes perfectly. I’ll be there to handle all the details!
Services include:

◦ Phone and email consultations
◦ Advice on etiquette, customs and traditions
◦ Review of vendor contracts
◦ Consultation meeting 4-6 weeks prior to review wedding day schedule
◦ Contact all vendors 7-10 days prior to confirm details and become main liaison
◦ Final venue walk-through with vendors
◦ Act as single point of contact with all vendors to ensure quality service
◦ Manage wedding ceremony rehearsal
◦ Onsite coordination of every detail of your wedding day!

Wedding Consultation & Recommendations
This package is designed for couples that have limited time or live out-of-town. I will get you started with finding a ceremony and reception venue that fit your style, needs, and budget. I will assist you in your planning and connect you with reliable vendors. Many of the details will be left up to you, but I am always a phone call away. At the end of your planning, I will pull all the details together, manage your vendors and be onsite with you, along with an assistant, to ensure you have the wedding day of your dreams!
Services include:

◦ Assistance with design development
◦ Accessible, expert advice throughout the entire planning process
◦ Referrals to trusted vendors who meet your style and budget
◦ Unlimited advice on etiquette, customs and traditions
◦ Provide custom month-by-month planning schedule
◦ Assistance with out-of-town guest accommodations
◦ Guidance on invitation, save-the-date, menu card, and wedding website
◦ Create wedding day timeline and schedule
◦ Contact all vendors prior to wedding to confirm details and arrival/set up times
◦ Attend and coordinate rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
◦ Inventory and collection of all wedding accessories
◦ Complete coordination of wedding day
◦ One additional assistant on your wedding day

Full Service Planning & Design
This package is designed for couples who want someone to manage every aspect of their wedding from the initial concept and design to complete event management. Since each wedding is unique and each couple’s needs are different, Full Service packages are custom quoted.
